Happy Friday y'all! I'm sharing this comfy-chic look from last weekends road trip. We drove to Dallas for the 2018 Hot Chocolate 15k Race and had some fun along the way. Let me start by saying, I love road trips! Something about eating junk food, listening to good music and having endless conversation with the one you love is so exciting to me! Driving down the long Texas highway makes me feel calm and so peaceful. I love looking out the window and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city for a moment. I look forward to having my fav coffee in hand and enjoying the ride. I also like to say that any of the coffee you drink on a road trip is calorie free! Sugar free too!
Have you ever shopped at a gas station? You totally should! I have a few favorite gas stations that I like to stop at along the way. Besides buying chips and candy, I have found; a candle, a pomeranian sign (that looked just like my Sir Bentley), sunglasses and an awesome pink ring that I get so many compliments on! I always have my eyes open for fun finds at random places and they all have a fun story to go along with them. When I travel via car, I find it totally acceptable to pack any and everything that I want because there is no luggage weight limit! Thank you sweet Hubby for loading and unloading all my, I mean our luggage!
I also like to select my road trip outfit appropriately for a comfy-chic look. For a long time now I have loved to wear joggers to travel. Once I found these pink joggers, I knew I found my new travel companions. I feel like I'm in cute comfy pj's and I am so okay with that! I have all the room to eat all of the snacks that I want!
